Vacancies

In the Press and Public Relations department, we offer interns a comprehensive insight into the use of the museum's communication media. Our interns learn how to address the museum's activities to different target groups. They have a talent for organization and enjoy working with people. We expect flexibility, curiosity and a good feel for language. Ideally, you will have some initial knowledge and experience in marketing and press relations and be familiar with social media.

The internship is only possible as part of a compulsory internship as specified in the study regulations, e.g. in communication sciences, cultural management, historical journalism, cultural anthropology and thematically related subjects. The internship lasts a maximum of 3 months and can also be completed part-time (15 - 20 hours) alongside your studies.

Tasks
- Assisting with the preparation of press conferences and press events
- Creation of press reviews
- Editorial assistance with social media activities
- Updating the website with the CMS Drupal
- Assistance in writing and creating the newsletter
- Preparation of events
- Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns

Please note: Internships at the City of Frankfurt are not remunerated.
Internships can only be awarded to enrolled students and must be designated as compulsory internships by the study regulations.
