In several places

The Frankfurt Historical Museum, situated right on the pedestrian area in the Old Town, is like a small neighbourhood. It consists of several buildings surrounding a public square. Find out more about the different sections of the permanent exhibition, which is spread across all the buildings.

The Junges Museum Frankfurt (Young Museum for children aged seven and up) is also part of the museum quarter in the Saalhof. In the Old Town, the HMF maintains three museum floors in the ‘Haus zur Goldenen Waage’ (House of the Golden Scales).
