Entrance to museum: €7/concessions €3.50
Groups of 15+: €3.50 per person
Family ticket: €15 (2 adults & up to 4 children)
Children under 6: Free
Single-parent family ticket: €8 (1 adult & up to 4 children)
Refugees with ID/Kulturpass: €1
 

Concessions
Concessions apply for children of school age, students, apprentices, the disabled (with degree of disability of 50%+ in line with German GdB scale) and Frankfurt-Pass and Frankfurt-Card holders. Entry is free for students at the Goethe University Frankfurt and Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.

Museum Shop
Our museum shop is located in the entrance foyer. Here, in addition to our museum and exhibition catalogues and publications, you will also find further products and gift ideas relating to our museum and its exhibitions. The shop also offers a wide range of postcards and souvenirs.
 
Museum Cafe
Our pleasant museum cafe serves both hot and cold snacks and drinks in the museum’s basement level or on our sun terrace.
You can visit the cafe for free during the museum’s opening times with a valid ticket.
