The Höchster Porzellan-Museum in the Kronberger Haus

Since 1994, the historisches museum frankfurt has had the use of the Renaissance-style palais built by Franz von Kronberg in the years 1577‒80 for the presentation of some 1,800 Höchst faiences and porcelains of the Rococo and Neoclassicist periods. This "Höchster Porzellan-Museum" is one of fifty-six museums specializing in ceramics in the German-speaking region. Three permanent exhibitions as well as two special exhibitions are presently on view at the Höchster Porzellan-Museum. The "Old Höchst reproductions" in Passau porcelain are on display at the Bolongaro Palace.
